Hi Youth and Families and happy new year!  Here are some updates and reminders of upcoming events:

1. 1. Skiing at Oglebay on Saturday, January 27th: The Youth group will be going to Oglebay on Saturday, January 27 at 9:00 AM. Skiing and snow boarding are available. We will meet at Pr, Evan’s house and carpool there.The cost will be: Adult Lift (18+) $32 Child Lift (6 – 17) $25 Adult Rental (18+)$34 Child Rental (6 – 17) $28 Please reach out to Pr. Evans if assistance is needed with this cost. In the event weather or conditions are not adequate to ski, the youth will bowl instead.  You may sign up in the Parish House or by filling out the form, below. Also, we need a second adult chaperone for this event–skiing is not necessary!  Please let Christine or Pastor Evans know if you are able to help out.

2.  ELCA Youth Gathering: If you have not already notified Pastor Evans of your intention, please reply to this email affirmatively if you plan to join the youth and Pastor Evans at the ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans this summer. Deadline to do is next Friday, January 26th. 

3. Pancake Breakfast and Super Bowl Sunday;  As a reminder, the annual Pancake Breakfast, hosted by the youth group, will occur on Sunday, February 11th.  On that day, the youth will also lead a food drive in the church.  Details to follow.

4. Ice Skating on Friday, February 16th at PPG:  The youth will go ice skating at PPG Place downtown on the evening of Friday, February 16th.  You can sign up by using the form, below:
