First Lutheran Church is privileged to provide a ministry to the German community of Pittsburgh.

Two German services are offered annually:

The Good Friday service of Holy Communion is held on Good Friday at 10:00 a.m. (KARFREITAGSGOTTESDIENST).

The German Christmas Service (WEIHNACHTSGOTTESDIENST) is held on the 4th Sunday of Advent at 4:00 p.m.
